A man who was charged with shooting a 15-year-old girl and her mother outside of their Romeoville home this week had threatened to rape and kidnap the girl last year and was ordered by a judge to stay away from them, according to court documents. Erick M. Maya, 23, of the 5600 block of Park Avenue in Cicero was charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm and one count of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, said Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow…
