In an effort to prevent school children “simulating a firearm” from being punished, Florida lawmakers are pushing a “Toaster Pastry Gun Freedom Act.” According to the Sun Sentinel, the bill lists “brandishing a partially consumed pastry or other food item” or “playing with small toy guns, such as those made with Legos,” as something that should not result in punishment for school children…
